• Tah Cheen

  Persian recipe for a delicious dish made with chicken, rice, eggs, yogurt and saffron.

• Tahdeeg

  When cooking rice, sometimes some of the rice sticks to the bottom of the pan, Iranians call this Tahdeeg. It is prized and is eaten in a variety of ways.

• Tapé

  is an Indonesian rice pudding which is mildly alcoholic due to fermentation.

• Thrashing

  To separate the seeds of from the husks and straw by beating.
