Shrimp Fried Brown Rice

Start with whole-grain brown rice ... sauté shrimp, bell pepper and snow peas. Add your favorite stir-fry sauce and it's takeout at home!
Ingredients:

vegetable oil |
| 1 |

medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1/2 |
cup |
red bell pepper, diced |
| 2 |
cups |
snow peas, sliced diagonally |
| 1/4 |
cup |
prepared bottled stir-fry sauce |
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and snow peas, and continue cooking 2 minutes. Add cooked rice and stir-fry sauce, and stir 1 more minute or until sauce coats all ingredients and is heated through.
